Ok, I gotta have another random list. At the Schloss in Austria , in Italy , and a spontaneous weekend in Munich , Germany , all of the random following were experienced:
*I did cartwheels in the middle of a plaza in Florence
*had wine for the first time (I thought I had a sip at a wedding once, but figured out after trying real wine that it had been champagne—I kinda like champagne better)
*decided last Friday afternoon with 5 others that we could hop on a bus to a train that would take us to Munich just ‘cause we felt like it
*sat on the roof of our hotel in Assisi overlooking the city and talked with a friend ‘til
3AM
*danced on the tables of our classroom
*total haircut count: 14
*was called a gypsy by a snobby old Austrian woman because I was wearing sandals (this woman was a little loopy—she said some other really awful things to me, specifically that didn’t make sense—it wasn’t a cultural thing—we laugh about it because it was so ridiculous)
*pet a cow
*slept in a train station in Munich
*lost my Bible : ( now the group sings a song for me when they think of it, “Lindsey Wible lost her Bible”
*watched it snow on two of the peaks across the valley, while all the others are green
*played house…yes, house with 20-something year-olds. (Chase was the dad, Erica was the mom, Tara was the 15-year old, and the rest of us were all children under 11…yeah, weird…we thought so too…we get kinda stir crazy in this castle sometimes)
*climbed on a fountain
*arm wrestled
*In Florence, Italy, stood on the sidewalk and watched a slightly overweight man with a mustache and unibrow who looked as though he could either own a pizzeria or be part of the mob—or both—drive by on a moped with a ridiculous helmet on while yelling into his cell phone in Italian…yes, while driving his moped. It was probably a main highlight of Italy .

*played lots of card games
*helped repierce Chase's ear
*probably a lot more I'm not thinking of
